HOW TO WIN KARMAS
yes,we can win our karmas,as a shravak also,some important points by which we can win karmas are:-
1.have samta bhaav-having samta bhaaav mean "not to think about what has happened in past,and what will happen in future,samta bhaav teaches us to live in present,and live life happily,without any tension.
2.adaptation in excess or lack of things(sadbhav aur abhaav mein samanjasya banaye rakhna)-for stopping myself from winning karma,i should not become sad in lack of something,suppose if we don,t have something,then not to think about it ( thing is related to worldly thing),for ex-if don,t have motor cycle,then i should not spend my time in thinking about mototrcycle or become sad for this or do anger or to do irshya from someone who have motorcycle,we should we satisfied with what we have,if we have excess of something,then we should not misuse it,which we all are doing,i.e we are using our manushya's body in bad things,suppose you have excess water to drink,then you should not waste it,if we have much money,then never utilise it in bad ways,a person who can live peacefully,calmfully and cautiously in excess of soemthing,can live in excess of that thing,simple mantra for bringing this habit is " aaj hai,kya jaroori hai ki kal bhi ho",and when we are in lack of something we should think " this day will also paas"
3.prevention from immediate action ( pratikriya karna)-this habit we all have,,suppose we fall down due to a stone,we give abuses to the stone and its keeper,we keep our mind as well as our thinking dirty,we found mistake in the person responsible for the stone,also give abuses to him,also cries,also weeps,if we control our this habit,we can protect ourselves from much karma particle in little of our purusharth,whenever this condition arise,we should think in positive way,suppose some one slap me,i should not say anything to him,i should think that how good the person is,he only slapped me,he could kick me,beat me,but he stopped only by slapping,i should think that asaata vedniya karma was much praval,but due to my good works (in that or previous birth).it has reduced to only a litttle slap,i can have my sraddhan strong also.
4.direct toward shubha not asubh-for preventing from accumulation of bad karmas,i should spend my time in subha karma,not in asubha karma,i should daily go to temple,hear pravachans instead of hearing song,it will help in occupying subh karma
not asubh karma,my main goal should be subh not asubh,i should control my mann and direct toward subh karmas, it depends on me.
5.prevention from ghaat-pratighat of sansaar
in this big world,no one thinks in favour of us,except sachche dev,sachche shastra and guru,that's why i should spend time in sharan of them and nothing else,this world stop you from doing subh karma,whenever we do some good,all found mistakes in us,suppose a person daily goes to temple and donate money,then his other persons,friends and relativees will stop him,they would mis guide him,they will search for mistakes and fault in him,suppose two person has very good friend ship,other 4 person will try to break there friendship,they will misguide one of them against other and will create feud beetween them,in this world all are ready to give advices,but think of "what is right",all tries to intimate you,even our relatives do ninda of ours,and in reply we do ninda of him,and this sequence goes on,if someone by mistake slap him,all other are ready to do ninda of him,they all would make him popular,and will make his image down,a biggest example of this we can see in world cup-in world cup -shreesant was not able to play goodly,all are ready to do ninda of him,many were ready to abuse him,and many were abusing,some were striking,some had a bet,noone was not able to understand his feelings that what feelings he would be having.my meaning of this example was to only make you understand about ghaat pratighat of world,suppose someone do anger in front of him,i always starts anger ,suppose some one is blind in front of me,then should i also be blind? answer is no,then why i should become like him,i should treat his anger with peace and also i may try to understand him,why i should cause harm to myslef and indriyas and to whole body by having kashays ( anger).
if we bring this habit in ours,definitely we would win our karmas one day....

कैसे जीतें कर्म
हम भी कर्म जीत सकते हैं...मन हम सकल निर्जरा नहीं कर सकते लेकिन कर्मों का भार तोह आत्मा के ऊपर से कम कर ही सकते हैं..कुछ बातें जो मुनि क्षमा-सागर जी महाराज द्वारा "कर्म सिद्धांत" के प्रवचनों में जो इन्टरनेट पे उपलब्ध हैं..और डाउनलोड कर के सुनी जा सकती हैं...वह कुछ इस प्रकार से हैं..
१.समता भाव रखो-समता भाव से मतलब है की भूत और भविष्य के विकल्पों के बारे में नहीं सोचना ,ऐसा नहीं सोचना की कल क्या हुआ था,और आगे क्या होगा,ऐसा नहीं हुआ तोह क्या होगा,हो गया तोह क्या होगा..अगर ऐसा सोचते हैं...तोह समता भाव से तोह अपन दूर हो ही जाते हैं औ साथ की साथ आत्र-ध्यान और रौद्र ध्यान भी करने लगते हैं..समता भाव हमें सिखाता है..वर्तमान में जीना..और खुश जीना..बिना किसी चिंता के
२.सदभाव और अभाव में सामंजस्य बनाये रखना - अगर मैं चाहता हूँ की मेरे ऊपर से कर्मों का भार कम हो..तोह मुझे चाहिए सामंजस्य बनाये रखने की...मुझे दुखी नहीं होना चाहिए..अगर मेरे पे किसी चीज का सदभाव है...जैसे की अगर मेरे पे कुछ नहीं है..तोह मैं दुखी नहीं होऊं..और इसके बारे में नहीं सोचूं..जैसे अगर मेरे पे मोटर साइकिल नहीं है..तोह मुझे मोटर साइकिल के बारे में सोचने में समय बर्बाद नहीं करना चाहिए...और किसी दुसरे से जिसके पास यह सब है..उसे इर्ष्या और कषाय नहीं करना चाहिए...मेरे पास जो भी है उससे खुश रहना चाहिए...अगर मेरे पास किसी चीज का सदभाव है..यानि की कोई चीज जरुरत से ज्यादा मौजूद है...तोह उसका गलत इस्तेमाल नहीं करना चाहिए...अगर हम पे पैसा ज्यादा है..तोह बर्बाद न करें..कोई चीज ज्यादा है..उसका गलत इस्तेमाल और ज्यादा इस्तेमाल न करें..जो जीव किसी चीज के सदभाव में शांत रह सकता है..वह किसी चीज के अभाव में भी शांत रह सकता है..इस आदत को अपने अन्दर लाने के लिए एक मंत्र है...की यह सोचें की "यह दिन ऐसे ही निकल जाएगा,यह भी एक दिन बीतेगा)
३.कम से कम प्रतिक्रिया -इसकी विपरीत आदत हम सब में है.अगर मान लीजिये की हम किसी पत्थर से टकरा कर गिर जाते हैं..तोह हम गाली देना शुरू कर देते हैं....पत्थर के मालिक को,वहां रखने वाले को,कुछ नहीं तोह पत्थर को ही गाली देते हैं..और साथ की साथ रोते हैं..चीखते हैं...कराहते हैं..अगर हम इस आदत को सुधर लें तोह बहुत से कर्मों से बच सकते हैं..वह भी थोड़े से पुरुषार्थ में..जब ऊपर बताई हुई अवस्था आये तोह हमें सोचना चाहिए सकारात्मक .जैसे की किसी ने चांटा मारा--हमें सोचना चाहिए..की यह आदमी कितना अच्चा है..जो इतनी सी गलती पे चांटा मारा..चाहे तोह लात मर सकता था,पीट सकता था..या और कुछ भी कर सकता था..लेकिन मेरा असाता वेदनीय बहुत प्रवल था ..लेकिन किसी शुभ कर्म के कारण यह सिर्फ इतना ही सिमट कर रह गया..और साथ की साथ सातों तत्वों का सच्चा श्रद्धां भी हम कर सकते हैं.
४.शुभ की तरफ दिशा-हम कर्म बंध की प्रक्रिया श्रावक स्तिथि में बंद नहीं कर सकते तोह ऐसा तोह हो सकता है,,की हम शुभ ही शुभ कर्म करें..अशुभ न करें..मुझे अपना समय शुभ में व्यतीत करना चाहिए...और अशुभ से बचना चाहिए..मुझे मंदिर जाना चाहिए...अच्छी-अच्छी बातें करनी चाहिए,प्रवचन सुनने चाहिए..न की गंधे या अश्लील गाने सुनने चाहियें..मुझे अपनी दिशा शुभ की तरफ कर लेनी चाहिए.
५.घात-प्रतिघात से बचाव-
इस पुरे संसार में हमारे हित के बारे में कोई नहीं सोचता है..सिर्फ सच्चे देव,सच्चे शास्त्र और सच्चे गुरु को छोड़ कर....इसलिए मुझे अपना समय इन ही की शरण में बिताना चाहिए..पूरा संसार हमें अच्छा बन्ने से रोकता है..और अच्छा भी स्वार्थ के लिए ही बनवाता है..हम कुछ भी करते हैं..दुनिया का काम है कमी निकालना..और बीच में बोलना मान लीजिये एक आदमी रोज मंदिर जाता है..और दान करता है..तोह यह बात पक्की है की उसके रिश्तेदार,या उसके दोस्त..या वह लोग जिनको वह हितेषी मानता है..वह उससे चिड़ेंगे..और किसी तरह उसे रोकेंगे ..और कमियां निकालेंगे,अगर दो लोगों में अच्छी दोस्ती है..तोह चार लोग उसे जरूर तुडवाएंगे,..और उनके बीच में लड़ाई करवाएंगे..दुनिया सलाह देती है..लेकिन हमें सोचना है की क्या सही है..और क्या गलत...दोस्त तोह बहुत दूर की बात है..अपने जान पहचान वाले रिश्तेदार,यहाँ तक की माता पिता हमारी निंदा करते हैं..और सामने तारीफ़ करते हैं...उसके जवाब में हम उनकी निंदा करते हैं..और यह घात-प्रतिघात का सिलसिला चालू रहता है...अगर कोई हमारे सामने गुस्सा करता है..तोह हम भी गुस्सा करने लगते हैं..हमें एक बात सोचनी चाहिए..की क्या कोई व्यक्ति हमारे सामने अपनी आँख फोड़ ले तोह क्या हम उसे देखकर अपनी आँख फोड़ लेंगे..जवाब होगा नहीं..तोह फिर मुझे उसे देखकर गुस्सा क्यों करना चाहिए..उल्टा मुझे उसे समझाना चाहिए..और वैसे भी हम शरीर को,इन्द्रियों को क्यों किसी दुसरे की वजह से कषय करके नुक्सान पहुंचाएं.
अगर यह साड़ी आदतें हमारे अन्दर आ गयीं तोह हम एक दिन कर्मों पे बहुत जल्दी विजय पा-पाएंगे,बहुत सारे उदहारण और शब्द मेरे द्वारा जोड़े गए हैं...वैसे आधारित मुनि क्षमा सागर जी के प्रचनों पर है.
